Agustin Rodriguez - President

Mr. Rodriguez is President of ANR Industries, Inc. and its affiliated companies. After obtaining his general contracting license, Mr. Rodriguez formed ANR Industries, Inc in 1995 and developed a niche rehabilitating foreclosed properties for financial institutions. During the 1990's, ANR rehabilitated more than 2,500 single family homes and condominium units for multiple financial institutions. From 1999-2002, Mr. Rodriguez oversaw ANR's participation in redevelopment programs in five different cities in the Inland Empire. Through these programs, ANR acquired distressed foreclosed properties from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), rehabilitated them and sold them to moderate-income families, often utilizing down payment assistance available through city programs. ANR developed approximately 200 homes through this program, representing $10.5 million in acquisition costs, $3.7 million in rehabilitation, and $20.6 million in post-rehab sales values. Mr. Rodriguez established ANR as a preferred partner with Enterprise Home Ownership Partners (EHOP) a local housing-related non-profit organization that is a subsidiary of The Enterprise Foundation. As primary partner to EHOP, ANR rehabilitated approximately 300 homes, duplexes and apartment units. From 2002 to present, Mr. Rodriguez transformed ANR to a new home builder in order to take advantage of the need for affordable new homes. ANR has developed new homes in multiple cities and developed the first gated community in the City of San Bernardino as well as the City's first live-work loft project. Prior to establishing ANR, Mr. Rodriguez worked for ten years in residential construction with other new home builders.
